Pre-Construction

After an initial consultation, we will visit your home or building site. We consult with Realtors, Architects and Designers to analyze how best to integrate the property with your ideas. Once we have a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work, you will be presented with an initial budget and timeline for your project. Architectural plans are drawn and engineered and then materials are selected. With this, we are able to create a budget and finishes binder for your approval.

Construction

We have an inclusive building experience. Greenwood provides clear and consistent communication throughout the entire project so you are fully informed on the progress of your home. After 25 years of building in Denver, we have solid relationships with trade contractors and suppliers who meet Greenwood’s quality standards. Our consistent onsite involvement ensures each detail of your project is executed correctly.

Completion

The orientation and initial walk through not only provides an opportunity to educate the homeowners on how their new home operates, it serves as a time to identify any items needing further attention. At the subsequent New Home Presentation. homeowners are asked to initial and sign off on the completed punch list items, documenting that the work has been done to their satisfaction. If any new items are discovered, warranty repairs are scheduled for after move-in. No project is considered complete until the homeowners are satisfied.
